FAQ

How often should I come?

There’s no universal schedule though it can be helpful to have more frequent sessions at the start, even multiple sessions per week may be recommended for a short time. As care continues, some people come weekly, others biweekly or less frequently. We’ll orient toward a pace that supports integration rather than urgency.

Do I need to commit to a series?

No. You’re always welcome to book single sessions. Series are offered as an option for those who feel supported by consistency.

Why does Spinal Flow work better over time?

The nervous system learns through repetition and safety. Series work allows your body to recognize the environment and process without needing to stay alert or guarded. Also, healing is on its own schedule and is non-linear. Continued sessions build upon each other.

What if I feel worse before I feel better?

Temporary changes can occur as the body reorganizes. This is a normal part of recalibration for some people. You’re always welcome to reach out with questions or concerns.

Can I stop a series if I need to?

Yes. While series are prepaid and non-refundable, you are never obligated to continue beyond what feels supportive. We’ll work together to complete sessions in a way that respects your capacity.
