Initial Assessment
45 - 75 minutes - $65 - $90
A full assessment to determine whether you may be carrying stress in your body and determine whether Spinal Flow could be beneficial.
If we do your first session at this time, the total cost is $90. The assessment and session will be around 75 minutes.
Spinal Flow Session - Private
30 Minutes - $55
A private follow-up appointment for those who are just starting care.
Spinal Flow Session - Group Room
30 Minutes - $35
A follow-up session which could have up to 2 others in the room receiving care at the same time. The group room offers an energy-rich environment that many clients prefer.
Working With Spinal Flow
Spinal Flow is a gentle, nervous-system-based approach that supports the body’s ability to reorganize and settle over time. While a single session can be meaningful, many people experience deeper integration through consistency. Series of 12 sessions are available after care is established for those who desire a deeper commitment.
There is no right pace or path — only what feels supportive for your system.
